Firstly I would court marshal a large number of the American Generals and commanders, simply sending them away from the front would not work. Discipline the common soldiery as while they where only following orders they have made a mockery of modern warfare and once again turned to genocide tactics. This is not true of all the solider, so other would be promoted.
Those who used 'banned weapons of mass destruction' on an mostly innocent civilian populace shall pay a heavy price. On who’s order it was the axe will fall, on those who carried it out, for shame. Only the public execution of these butchers of innocent flesh could steam the tide of anti-Americanism.
Secondly, the country that sanctioned it [America] will have to be held accountable for war crimes and crimes against humanity. This toll would be extracted across decades and not a short term fix.
The U.N Should work closely to extract this toll from the warlords, those who supply and manufacture these weapons will feel the sting, as they would have to give over their funds to projects of creation and longevity rather than destruction and death.
For each instance of butchery and insanity they will be made to pay with millions. This money will be given to the governments only to give contracts to build Hospitals, schools, Mosques and churches, a health care system and leisure sites, pensions, roads and other such community projects. A supply of Fresh Water and cash crops. This hope would be spread equal amongst the population. Those who still attack the other on mass, would be branded terrorist.
These contracts should not be given to the butchers but to others to so that local workers and trades men may rebuild their lives. Coalition and U.N forces must be there to safe guard those who they have failed in the past.
Command and station would be no Aegis against Justice. If the people could set aside their differences for the sake of hope then they will all reap the rewards of future together.
Does this sound strange for a country that uses capital punishment? Does this sound strange for a country to block funds the funds of named terrorists because by killing murders and freezing accounts they are saying 'Life or liberty' and I strongly agree with this but would they do there own country men? No of course not but we are dealing with America...but in fact we are not dealing with them.

Threat is heavy in the air from all corners of the globe, we would simply clog their barrels if it came to war but their would not be a building left standing. Nuclear reprisal does not worry me at all, to rule a world of ghosts and nuclear winter/fall out for hmmm lets say 10 generations.

When I talk about 'War Criminals' I only sight those you kill innocents, those who order the mass bombing raid and those who order the use of banned and unethodical weapons of mass destruction. War is a sin they say this much is true but a virtues solider and commander plant the seed of democracy and freedom, peace and liberty while the enraged coward only plants crosses for his victims, his people and himself. Not only we he have to combat his enemies and there kine but he will also have to answer to there ghosts. The circle must be and will be broken.
As was learned in Vietnam a dedicated man or woman fighting for their country can change the course of a battle and also alter history. It is with a heavy heart that I recall that conflict and ones of its creed. Such a spilling of blood; in the sphere of warfare, combat is combat but the slaying of innocents is a crime and must be punished in our homelands and it must be punished on the field.
Only then will America be brought back to the fold. Once they had removed the genocide madmen or if they do believe themselves still Solders of any order they should submit to 'the way of the warrior', then they [America] would be once again open to negotiation of trade with the rest of the free world as we have not went away and have not been blinded by the media.

As I have previously stated my if I were PM my main polices would be:
+ Make a 250 lease available on all homes (Accomplishable on the open market now.) Ex-service men and women, nurses and doctors receive this opportunity gratis.
+ Empty the prison system of drug offenders and petty criminals to clean rubbish and community service during the day other Some released into rehab or fined. Violent criminals cases reviewed but with the criminally violent should remain in prison.
+ The humane execution of murders.
+ The demolition of rust belts and condemeded buildings to create jobs, new homes, parks and greened areas.[International policy]
+ Return to a state of growing produce in the garden and allotments for the homestead.
+ An education system that is offers more free time to students to study, take work experience, take on projects from local businesses.
+ An Amnesty on Asylum seekers with the attitude of 'here is your National Insurance Card, please fill this up and we will give you free dental / healthcare.
+ A tighter emigration system which is based on trust but cannot be forfilled in a generational servitude and leading to citizenship. No barriers or second class citizens.
+ Unlimited Ethanol production with Government and Civilian contracts for filling a yearly quota. Converstions to ethanol at cut rates with boons for the driver and garage for doing this.
+ GM trees, not crops but Trees for carbon and oxygen treatment.
+ A pro European attitude, once our tax levels have been brought closely in line with theirs. This would allow for us to respectfully prosper together as a United Europe.
+ Integration of the Euro as a second currency.
+ An open plan govement: Any proposed plan / bill with be reduced to the size of a single sheet of A4, this will be availble everywhere to read and will be either passed by the people or not passed at all.
+ The legalisation of certain drugs and the opening of certain licences with be made available once again. The Police of which would be paramount in its application and resovle as no one is above the law. no one.
We should never forget our Staunch friends at home, we represent the most advanced, socially adept, buisness minded and free peoples of the world. We are strong, we are many, we are European.
